We do our best to use the least expensive shipping method for your order. Your cost is never more than what our actual cost is to ship your order to your entered shipping address.

We do not ship internationally at this time.

Returns

Due to the nature of our product we sell we cannot take returns, exchanges or refunds.

Bell’odore is not responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods delivered to a freight forwarder. This means that Bell’odore is not responsible to provide a replacement or refund for any goods delivered to a freight forwarder. If a package is lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder, it is the responsibility of the freight forwarder.
